"I had the worst experience I've ever had with a Culver's. We ordered something that my wife orders all the time which is a turtle concrete. They charged $1.50 extra for putting pecans in a turtle concrete. No other Culver's anywhere does that. It's just their way of ripping people off. When I complained about it to the manager, I think he was the manager. He had a funny looking beard that had was tied up about a foot and a half long. He said. Well that's how we do it here and we don't have a button for it so it's the only way we can do it. Turtle, I think there's some training needed there. We were very disappointed and won't be back to that Culver's and if they do that at other Culver's we won't be back to any of them. It's just ridiculous when they have to rip people off to make more money"
"Best chili around!! Phenomenal. Very sweet employee brought our meal out and forgot the silverware, she apologized many times and rushed back to deliver it to us ASAP. Thank you for your kindness & honesty!! We’ll definitely return again."
