"Unprofessional and the space was not clean. Wanted to stick my child in a pack n play all day. Didnt call back after the tour. She was also yelling at the one year old to pick up the blocks on the floor....It made me really sad after touring."
"Never received the services or had the chance to tour the place, but the few interactions with the owner were very unprofessional. We set up a tour appointment a week in advance, the day before I text to confirm and receive no answer. The same day (I took the day off to tour daycares) I called twice, the first time no one picks up and the second time a couple of hours before our agreed time she tells me that she can't do that time even when we had it scheduled. She also tells me she saw my text the day before and didn't answer because she was busy (aren't we all??). I offer to come later and she says no. If it's so hard to tour the place and have proper communication, I wouldn't trust this provider to take care of my kid."
