Ara's Angels Preschool & Daycare

"My 2 1/2 year old daughter has been attending Ara's Angel's Daycare since she was 6 months old. My 4 month old son just started attending along with his sister. The experience has been great and we have noticed our daughter thriving in all areas as the teaching staff is very thorough and takes the time to educate the kids. My daughter is very advanced for her age and I appreciate that they challenge her in good ways to continue her growth. I'm excited to see what's in store for both of their futures here!"

"I honestly cannot say enough great things about Mrs. Ara and her preschool. My daughter began here when she was 4 years old and she absolutely loved it. Mrs. Ara is an amazing teacher, Mrs. Ara took care of my daughter as if she were her own. She took the time to learn everything about her; what she liked / didn’t like and always gave me a detailed report on my daughters day. As my daughter grew older Mrs. Ara took lots of time in preparing her for kindergarten. My daughter is now in 2nd grade and anytime that my daughter is on vacation from school, she always asks to go spend time at Mrs. Ara’s school and read to the younger kids, It's so hard to find this kind of love and care for your child. We just love her and her awesome little school."

"Ara's Angels looks amazing everything a parent would want for their child. BUT far from that. We regretfully let our son be looked after by Miss Ara for 2days a week. When our son was dropped off or picked up Miss Ara was never around only her aids. When asked how he was and his day, they would tell me great no complaints. Then one day after 2weeks of being there Miss Ara pulls us aside and explains she doesn't feel connected with our son and she needs to "re assess" the situation. When I asked to elaborate what happened or did something bad happen. She said nothing had happened but she didn't want the other kids to copy his behaviour. I again asked what happened Miss Ara couldn't explain to me what her concerns were. And proceeded to say that my son wasn't right.. anyway we left disheartened and actually quite discriminated. The day before his last day we rang up to request a refund since the full month hadn't ended to which she agreed to. Again I asked what the problem was Miss Ara again was very vague about everything, what I understood from her wishy washy answer was my son asked questions and repeated himself. What 3 year old doesn't repeat themselves when they need re assurance? Anyway by this time we decided Ara's Angels was a waste of our time. We reluctantly took our son for his last day, and when he was picked up early, Miss Ara came up and said today he was really good do you think we can reconsider and he can stay. By this time we had enough as we didn't actually understand what the issue was in the first place and how can we trust someone who is so quick to dismiss our son. Then she went on to explain it was the other parents that had an issue with our son... again when we asked what the problem was she couldn't say, as she and her aides never saw anything or heard anything, but she had to look out for the other children as well. If our son was a problem why ask for him to stay in the end? Anyway we walked away with our refund and trying to explain to a 3yr old that he isn't going to Miss Ara class anymore, because he asked too many questions and seek reassurance from adults when he wasn't sure, it was heartbreaking."
