"Santee Sally’s . Iforgot to put gate code on address . Order was returned to store . Employee calls I give them gate code and they say they will have them deliver again. 6 hours later nothing! Completely dropped the ball. Still got charged and they did not have anyone deliver the order yet it shows as delivered. Did you expect me to find a delivery person or what? Do your job"

"I went into Sally's at 9625 Mission Gorge Rd. I was looking for a product they were out of. I was disappointed because I was about to run out of said product. An employee "Charlie" took it upon herself without my asking to look up other Sally's locations to see if they had any in stock. They did and now I have three of the item. I am very happy with the service at this location, of all the girls, but Charlie found my product so Thank You all at Sally's especially you Charlie..."

"Worst customer service! No greeting when walking in, no smile or hello when checking out and no have a nice day. Very cold employees. I normally go to the la mesa store but was in santee today and it was more convenient to go to this location. Never again. I will go out of my way to keep going to the la mesa store where employees actually have good customer service."

"I walked up to the pickup table and asked about some head shavers. The Associate Baby was extremely helpful and professional! I wanted to take time to research more but I was so happy with the service from her that I just had to buy it. I am very happy with my Wahl Finale 5 Star Super close Foil Shaver. It is beautiful and works great.I was able to shave my head down to my scalp like I was looking for. I can shave my head anytime or clean up my beard. This purchase was super helpful for me. The prices here matched Amazons and Beat Wal Mary Pricing! That’s Amazing! Sally’s has always been my go to for date I say it, Beauty Supplies."
