"Incredible and insightful customer service! I love the products that they recommend, and they even have plenty of vegan and cruelty free items! Do NOT skip out on advice from the associates there, they will work with your desires and they are VERY knowledgeable. Just remember to follow instructions from them carefully and to BE HONEST about what you've had done to your hair, they're humble to admit when they've had their trials and errors and you can definitely learn something from them ! I will admit hair care products are pricey, but it's worth it when you have people who know what they're doing guiding you on products rather than just blindly buying from other department stores."

"I came from NY to visit my brother in San Diego for the first time cause he's in the navy and my sister in law drove me to this location because no other Sally's had the deep conditioner I was looking for. I called before we head out to see if they had a certain brand I was looking for and the first Lady did not seem to understand what I was taking about, so she put another lady on the phone and I explained what is was and she did not bother to look. She just said she no, and that they did not carry it. So we decided to still drive there and check for ourselves and what do you know, they had the whole line of the brand I was looking for. They did not say I'm sorry, they did not try to make it better and the cashier do not have a name tag and they was just very rude. I will never go to that location again. Smh"
