"I had someone traveling to LA pick up a bottle of their Port Charlotte OLC:01 from their store. The clerk at the store offered to help bubble wrap the product to ensure it was safe for the luggage, and they had swapped the bottle for the Port Charlotte 10. This is dishonest business practice and literally a bait-and-switch. The OLC:01 is almost double the price of the PC 10. I'm very disappointed and upset about this whole incident. Hopefully it was a genuine mistake (while wrapping, there's a similar shaped bottle around and the clerk grabs the wrong one), but how am I supposed to be made whole for this expensive mistake? It's hard to even make this up."

I finally pulled the trigger and ordered from Mel and Rose. “Test order” - two bottles, for my brother’s birthday. Package arrived in great shape and 1 day early- which worked out perfectly! Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but i completely understood why once i saw the size of the box and quality of the packaging materials.
