"Nice selection of Carmel and Monterey area merchandise. I wish I could give a good review. Employees could use some mentoring in customer service. Tried to do an exchange to a larger size 1 day after a purchase. I didn’t have the original store receipt, but I did have my American Express receipt showing the merchant and charge. Nope, still won’t take let me do a simple exchange. Too bad, I’m local and take people in this shop occasionally; I guess not anymore."

"Spent the weekend in Big Sur and needed something to bring home to remember the trip. Such a cute store and great selection. I found the cutest hoodie! The staff was not only helpful and kind, but had great recommendations about where to eat at what to do. If you’re in town stop by and get yourself something! They have a little bit of everything :)"

"The store employee was horrible horrible HORRIBLE, so rude and not professional at all. I barely brushed his elbow and he told me I needed to leave the store and escorted me out when I had just bought two necklaces and was going to buy another sweatshirt. I am appalled at his behavior. Never in my life have I been treated that way. My cousin who was with me was also mind blown. Do not support this store. I want to report this man he is clearly not well and needs mental help. That is no way to treat a customer."
