"The lady who did my eyebrows was very sweet. I was starting to tear up because SURPRISE eyebrow threading HURTS. She was kind enough to wipe my eyes for me and applied rose water after to help with the inflammation. My eyebrows look amazing and even."
"They take loyal customers for granted! Spoke with Zia to get my lashes done and she told me I could come as she has availability to get my lashes done. She said I should get there in 45 mins. Traffic was a little heavy and I got there in 47 mins and she told me she can’t do it. I took time off work to rush there to get it done. Granted, this is a place I go to all the time to do my brows but because it’s holiday they are treating their regular customers like their business don’t matter."
"I keep visiting this place for my eyebrows & I find only one person doing a great job & thats Noorie(not sure with the full name). Adding more, I had a worst waxing experience by a lady called "Aisha". She didn't do her job right. I could see hairs left unwaxed and was brutal while pulling the strips. She needs training not just for her work but also on how to handle customers. We spend money not to see our faces getting damaged."
"Before COVID I had left zia threading with 5 stars because they had amazing staff and all were welcoming/good at threading. Unfortunately, most of the staff I am used to are all gone :( I was let down by my last experience because a newer lady actually complained about my tip. Not to mention the price increase."
