"Beautiful shop. Very unhappy with return policy. We ordered a nice chandelier and unfortunately it created a very unsettling striped pattern shadow cast over our entire dining room. We literally plugged it in and put it back in the box. Wouldn’t even take it back for store credit. Nice people, but terrible policy."
