"1st and foremost the person we dealt with was Veronica, at first she was very attentive on finding us the product that we wanted. After, she was quick to say that payment would be needed upfront, no problem. Then the disappointment of being let down over and over began. As this was a purchase for my mother, she gave us a date when the stuff would be delivered, that date came and nothing. She was very apologetic and promised again that it would get there. Same thing, she began being less responsive, we would always have to go out and doing the reaching out to find out what in the world is going on. This happened in August and for 3 months we had to fight to get answers, responses, keep in mind payment in full was made already. Finally this month my poor mother that had bought a new home had to wait to get her dining table, but worst of all she promised that they would build her table for her. We tried to reach out to her via text and call and no response and when we did communicate with her well all she said I am very sorry. Well all they did was drop the merchandise off and left, my mother has no help, she is ill and in Texas while we are in California. . This was the worst transaction I have ever made and worse experience from retailer to a customer. Please stay away from this place as you will be disappointed. Smile up front but backstabbing you once you turn your back."

"Mrs. Verónica did not comply, she sold us a bedroom and agreed to deliver it to us on Tuesday and then she called me to tell me that they had already sold it but that she was going to get me another one that was more expensive, it is disrespectful to me if they do not have control of your inventory, it is better not to promise something that you are not going to fulfill. It makes me very helpless that they tell me even more lies, what you are saying is a lie because at no time did we agree that they were going to take it to my house, I was going to pick it up and it was not damaged, they sold it to someone else, don't say more lies and then they complain to me for what I publish"

"I bought a couch from them a few months ago. The quality is great and they gave me a year warranty. They also delivered and assembled the couch for me without hesitation. The owner was very kind and accomodated to my needs. I was only able to go late in the evening and they opened the warehouse just for me. I am now looking to refurnish my mom's house and she is enjoying the experience with them. Highly recommended!"

"Worse place to purchase furniture from. Very unprofessional. Purchased an item and received opposite. Called numerous times and No answer No call back. When finally got a hold of Veronica (sales) very rude and blocked my calls. Charged themselves more money from bank than the total amout."
