"Best Carpet has THE BEST CARPET and THE BEST PRICES in Southern California, hands down. Many carpet companies will either request that you walk in to their showroom to see which carpets are available first, or charge for an in-house estimate that will later be reimbursed if you choose to go with their company. I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago snowboarding and was unable to come in to see the carpet in person first since I wasn't able to move or drive, but Mario the owner was very flexible and sent his in-house estimator to get measurements at our house in Hacienda Heights first and was cool with us coming in with my boyfriend that weekend. Mario personally handles each and every order which I find incredible, especially since I also work at my own family's business and that's practically impossible to do. He was even working on Saturday when we walked in, which is really cool to see as I'm sure he could easily hire someone else to take care of orders on the weekends. Much respect! We received quotes from five other carpet companies and Mario beat the next best price by $600! It's pretty crazy how low of a price he gave the carpet to us for. The quality is awesome and we're super happy with the install. His crew of installers were courteous, professional, and quick with their work. They removed 1,000 square feet of old carpet and installed the new carpet in five hours; this area included a loft, two bedrooms, and one flight of stairs. They cleaned up well and didn't leave a mess. Mario also ensured that if there's anything wrong with the carpet then he'll be happy to send the crew back to fix anything.
