"It was my first time at a purple mattress store. Kyle helped my boyfriend and I by answering all our questions. He was very helpful and funny. Being the undecided person I am, I was between two mattresses the Purple plus and the purple Restore. Kyle was very patient, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I didn't feel like I had to hurry until he went on his lunch. He passed us along with his associate. I went to the restroom and passed by the food court. So my boyfriend and Istopped for lunch. We came back to do the paperwork and luckily Kyle was back from his break. He helped us through the process and saved me some money as I qualified for a student/teacher discount. I am very pleased with my experience and I would refer this store to a family member or friend."

"BRANDON BRANDON BRANDON.. and his store manager. These people here at the Brea Mall location were just amazing. We were trying out all kinds of mattresses and kept coming back to Purple. We decided to just go to the store showroom and really see all the options not just whatever they had at the regular name brand mattress stores. Boy, were we glad we did! The manager and Brandon never hard-pressed us or hard sell. When our minds were made up they helped us get discounts and even a 10%discount for hospital workers… then to make it even better the manager knew I dreamed of having an adjustable base and she found a store in Costa Mesa that had a floor model for ONLY $600. No 10yr warranty but only $600!!!! I was beyond thrilled. PEOPLE YOU MUST COME HERE!"

"We stopped in this Purple Mattress store because I wanted to check it out. My sons friend swears by this brand. Ricky helped us go through all of their beds and bedding products. RICKY was an outstanding salesperson. He is very knowledgeable, a great listener, and extremely patient. He never pressures you to buy anything. Even his manager was extremely kind and hard working. Sorry, I should have gotten her name. We were there on June 6, 2023, if it helps. We were in California visiting family. We are from Oahu. We ended up buying 4 pillows and pillow cases that are worth every dollar. I would have bought a bed, but I just purchased a bed 2 weeks prior. Go there and try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Make sure you ask for Ricky he the best salesperson I've worked with throughout my bed buying journey. Thank you again, Ricky and his manager."
