"Even better than we thought! We went in without high hopes, but wanted to make sure we tested all of our options before committing to a new bed. Bill was knowledgeable, not pushy, extremely helpful, and very patient. He answered all of our questions and did not panic when we told him we were leaving to think about it. He gave us all of his info and a quote and let us know he would be there the following morning. After sleeping on it we returned to the store to attempt financing. It was so easy! Within 5 minutes we were approved for 0% for 36 months financing! We set up our delivery date and time and away we went. So easy and hassle free! If you go to Brea ask for Bill!"

"Frank was amazing and made my wife and I feel completely comfortable and went over all of our questions without pressuring us into something we weren't ready to commit to. We even showed up right around closing time and he graciously stayed late and we purchased our new bed. It doesn't get delivered till the 7th of July but wanted to share what a great experience we had at the Brea Mall store."

"After a disastrous experience at a Sleep Number store in another state, where we had to cancel the entire order because the store never placed the order, I called the Brea Store and was so pleased when Erica answered the phone and listened to my tale of woe and totally took charge of the entire situation to make everything right for us. She called me right back to say that they would be able to honor our original order with the original sales price from last August. We went to the store to meet her and thank her for her help, as well as the store manager, Ben, who also went to bat for us with his regional manager. We are so excited to receive our bed in a few weeks (in another state). We highly recommend working with Erica, Ben and the entire Brea store for any needs with Sleep Number. We can't thank them enough!"
