It was my first time shopping there, and from the moment I walked in, I felt warmly greeted and given the freedom to explore the store at my own pace. After a few minutes of browsing, Jackie the salesperson approached me and kindly offered me assistance. I explained what I was looking for, and she provided me with some helpful suggestions. What impressed me the most was that she never pushed me into making a decision or made me feel uncomfortable. Instead, she allowed me to continue my search while ensuring I knew she was available if needed. Later on, she checked in to see if I had found anything I liked. I mentioned that the options I initially liked were beyond my budget. She immediately asked about my price range, and I provided it to her. Without hesitation, she guided me towards the mattresses within my budget, encouraging me to lie down and try them out. She understood the importance of not only what we want, but also how I feel when I actually use the mattress. In the end, I ended up choosing a mattress that wasn't even on my radar initially.
