"Purchasing my new sofa and ottoman from 7th Avenue has come with not one regret. The entire process from ordering to delivery was awesome. My visit to the showroom before ordering sold me on ordering. William is great. Personable, down to earth and patient. He answered every one of my questions (and I had quite a few) from configurations available, where the furniture is made, expected delivery time and delivery process. I was sold and ordered a loveseat and ottoman in natural white the following business day. The customer service is a big bonus. If I had a question or request William replied and took care of it promptly. A delivery was scheduled in the time frame that he quoted. The delivery was on time and the assembly process was smooth and efficient. Absolutely love the sofa and have already told William I will be ordering an additional ottoman. "Booking the appointment online was super easy and convenient. Once we got to our appointment, William (who was assigned to us via the booking) helped us right away and gave us a great and very informative tour of the different configurations, materials, and colors. I asked a million questions and William was super patient and answered all of them with great detail.
