"the workers are very unhappy & not friendly. we asked if they do price comparisons from other home goods they said no that’s fine no problem. we asked to speak to a manager just to confirm & this Karen lady denied and & absolutely not & would not call a manager for us. Will be going back to the rancho home goods by have friendly workers there"

"The store is fairly large, and it's packed floor to ceiling with merchandise. There is a wide variety of products, and lots of little gems here and there, but nothing anyone would call magnificent. Basically, it's exactly what you would expect. I was appreciative that there was a restroom, although it smelled slightly like the dairy farm that this shopping center was built on. Apparently the lines at checkout can be long, but it was fine for me. The parking lot is an absolute disaster, although there is accessible parking nearby."
