"I returned the Amazon packages at this Kohl's on 11/3 at 2:25 p.m. The employee was very cold and rude. I seriously doubt he has Asian hate. This employee greeted several consumers in front of me very kindly and proactively gave them coupons. However, when it was my turn, I greeted him but did not receive any response. Neither did he take the initiative to say anything to me, refusing to communicate with me at all. He even only gave me a receipt for part of the returned item until I went back to confirm with him, and then he gave me a receipt for another part without apology. I don't know what I did wrong to make this employee so cold and unfriendly to me, because I'm Asian? I've always had a very good impression of this Kohl's and never thought this would happen, and I'm extremely saddened by his attitude."
