"A horrible experience from start to finish. Very disappointing as I have shopped there for 20+ years. Communication is poor. I had dining room chairs re-upholstered . Job was done incorrectly, sent back after more fabric needed to be ordered (quoted that it would take 1 week ) . Weeks later I had to call for update after being told mine was a rush order since it was their mistake. Ordered in June and just picked up the cushions and it is November ! 5 months for 6 chair cushions ! What makes it worse is there was no accountability or apology . Antonette is very rude and not a good display of a manager. Thankfully, I am pleased with final product but I will never shop there again or refer them to anyone. L. Delucchi"

"The fabric choices are great. However, I received a defective product (window shades) and asked numerous times for assistance and was constantly postponed with an answer, or lack of answer. The customer service is poor, and staff were not very helpful. I went elsewhere to complete the rest of my project."

The staff were friendly and professional in giving me the right guidance in picking out the perfect fabric. This company has a huge selection of fabric designs and the upholstery service is excellent. I can’t wait for them to help me replace my drapes!"

"if i could give them a minus star i would they are most disorganized company, first time they came to my house they installed all the curtain rods crooked, and the curtains were a foot too short and 4 inches too long so we rescheduled and second time around they came but forgot to bring the actual curtains, then they were rude and dismissive and not at all willing to make their mistake right."
