"to start off he was impossible to get a hold of. extremely unprofessional means of conducting business, and the job was done extremely poorly. i had a soft top installed on my car by al rowe. the top was supposedly “too tight” to put on properly and yet there’s slack all around the cloth. the weather stripping wasn’t installed right and now my car leaks whenever it rains. after i tried to contact him about his poor craftsmanship he blocked me on his cell and won’t respond to any form of communication. 0/10 would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. photos attached"

"I would leave zero stars if I was able to, I came 3 times in two days asking for a quote, sent picture, text messages and nothing. This is why small business in town don't last and people have to go over to different places to get stuff done. I am a believer of keeping your business in town and helping locals but man what a joke, the lady a the front counter didn't seem to care or was concern after seeing me several times. Can't believe that this shop doesn't have 5 min to help someone with a quote, instead the lady at the counter said well if you want you could go look for the guy that does the estimate he is in the back working on a car."
"Rowe's recovered 6 kitchen chairs with a leather type of material. They did an excellent job. It's a few years later, and the chairs are holding up excellently. I highly recommend their work."
