"Haven't been to Hazel's Thrift store for sometime. Covid keep me from going out so my recent shopping visit was a true surprise since the new look. The volunteers have done an excellent job of redecorating and reorganizing the displays and shelves. The prices are still reasonable and you can still find what your looking for. Better to reuse then buy new. It's a good way to help our environment and reusing can be a smart way to save money. The volunteers are friendly and helpful. They have new days open and hours. They're really a great deal place."

"This place is so reasonably priced it's almost unbelievable! I come here for everything from baby items to kitchen utensils. Books, clothes, furniture u name it. If you need to donate this is the place to do it. I'll tell you why, because they actually price things so that the people who need it most can purchase them AND still be able to eat!! Please please spend and donate to Hazel's, they are an amazing community of volunteers and give back so much more!"

"I have shopped here many times and have had no problems but when I came with one of my friends, they accused her of switching the tickets. I was with her the entire and I can tell you She did NOT switch any tags. The tags were on the items but when we went to pay for the items the told her the prices were wrong. She said, ' oh ok...I will pay whatever the price is and the began ringing up the items and again they said another item was not the correct price and again she said...that's ok, I would like the item anyway. The clerk called the manager and they then began to tell her all the items were incorrectly priced and they accused her of switching the prices. I told them that they were out of line and when we brought the items up, they tags had not been tampered with. The manager then proceed to look at every item and told my friend, not me but my friend to get out of the store. She was ready to pay whatever the "supposed" or made-up prices were but they flat out refused to accept her cash. By this time I was pretty upset with the treatment of my friend and I grabbed her hand and headed for the door. My friend was behind me and as I opened the door and walked out the clerk came running from behind the counter and literally shoved my friend out the door and into me. I turned around and the clerk was holding the door shut and was calling my friend all kinds of names. We left and I have not been back since. I do believe it was pure prejudiced because my friend is Latino. FYI...I am Caucasian, the manager is Caucasian, the clerk was Caucasian, my friend Latino, need I say more?"
