"worst operations team. I don't understand their value of customer-ship. I made a deposit for Beds, neither they are delivered Beds or returning the deposit. I have paid the deposit through card but refused to returned back to the card, Each time some random person shows up and listens to 1 year width of conversation story and says get back to you sir. what a non-sense. I feel cheated to be a customer!! made a order during Thanks giving 2020.. so far no return !!"
"We order a set of sofa and are promised to take 3 weeks for delivery. then the seller informs that due to the influence of Covid 19 the delivery will be delayed 1 week. Then we receive the item and are satisfied. The delivery person was so nice, they helped me bring me up to the 3rd floor of the house and bring the old things down, arrange everything beautifully. we will come back and buy some more things we need"
