Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

"A pillow is a very personal item much in line with a worn teddy bear that a child seems to cherish because it brings so much comfort. A good pillow that provides a good night sleep and brings relief to neck strain is extremely hard to find. I am happy to say that I found my teddy bear pillow at Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store located at Stanford Mall. I walked into the store on a Saturday night an hour before closing and hoping to take advantage of the B1G1 Free Pillow deals. Minh greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I had neck strain from staring at the computer and cell phone all day long and I am a side sleeper looking for a good pillow. He recommended several options and he encouraged me to give each one a try because each person's idea of comfort is different. He provided sanitary disposable sheets on the pillow and the bed which was unexpected but appreciated. It came down to the Tempur-Neck Pillow or the Tempur-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow. I went with the Tempur-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow because it felt good and provided more support. After a week of using it, I felt it was rather too firm for my neck and I brought it back to the store to exchange for the Tempur-Neck which was a little softer. Minh took the pillows back with no questions asked. That is what I call excellent customer service! I sleep on the higher end of the Tempur-Neck pillow each night with a neck that feels strained from a long day and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready for work. I have used other contour neck pillows and even the Tri-Core Neck Pillow sold on Amazon, but the Tempur-Neck Pillow has the right amount of firmness to provide the comfort I have been looking for all my life. I found my bear and it will be by my side wherever I go."

"I walked into the store not knowing what I wanted to get for myself. I met Jerardo at the store and boy, he was awesome. He let me try out all the different mattresses in store, and was around to answer all my questions (I did have a lot to ask). He was around all the subsequent times I walked in to try out the various Tempur Pedic mattresses, and he was always helpful and insightful. I ended up buying my mattress elsewhere, but if you are interested in checking up on temper Pedic mattresses, try out the store at tire Stanford mall, and ask for Jerardo!!!"
