"Husband and I made a special two-hour trip on a Saturday to the SF Sleep 365 to try the Naturepedic mattresses only to learn that it was closed and open by appointment only. Big mistake! Thankfully, Edwin was in the store and graciously took his time to let us try out all the mattresses we were considering. The next business day I spoke with Richard at Sleep 365 Marin to go over my order of the EOS Pillow Top which allows quite a bit of customization with springs and two layers of latex. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and personable and led me to the right decisions for the different layers. White-glove delivery and installation was easy -- it's worth the money -- and we love our mattress. I love that you can change out layers until the mattress is right for you (although we had such good advice from Richard that we did not need to do that). This is a quality mattress and well worth the price. Although I buy a lot of things online, it is well worth it to go to the store in this case to make sure you are satisfied with the end product."

"Very nice showroom and extraordinarily well crafted mattresses. The option to build a mattress without latex or foam and have adjustable coils with all cotton sealed the deal for me. "I cannot say enough good things about this place! First of all, the Naturepedic EOS mattress that I purchased is incredible. I'm very particular about comfort, safety/toxicity, and sustainability with my furniture. This mattress is perfect. It's incredibly comfortable (firm enough to support my back but still soft enough to feel like a cloud) and based on all my research, it's as non-toxic as they come. The customer service at this store is also incredible. They were kind enough to accommodate my move on a Saturday, and scheduled a special delivery even though they don't typically deliver on weekends. "I have had a wonderful experience shopping at SLEEP365 in San Rafael! I had been searching for a mattress for over a year and I happened to come across a website for the Naturepedic mattress and I found a local showroom at SLEEP365 in San Rafael. I have a lot of chemical sensitivities and I was very specific about the materials that I didn’t want in a mattress, as well as the comfort that I needed in a mattress, which up until this point was impossible to find.
