"TLC monticello has been great for our daughter. She has started a year ago and made so much progress especially born in the height of Covid. She has improved on social skills, school readiness and potty training. Most importantly, I feel my child is well cared for and safe. My husband and i feel while we are working we can rest assured and know our child is looked after.
