"Horrible experience my first time there don’t take your stuff here it’s a rip off they are so cluttered it’s ridiculous couldn’t even move anywhere for used clothes u can buy new at Ross or dd’s if I hadn’t brought anything I wouldn’t have bought anything. Plus the ladies behind the counter was rude as heck and one lady kept watching shopping can u say stalker smh shameful"
"This OUAC is the only one around me that consistently has so much stuff everywhere that is not processed and ready to sell. Behind the counter is so claustrophobic with stuff in piles so high. This place never gets any less cluttered, worse with each visit… since they changed ownership. And today it reeked like feet in there. Such a miserable shopping experience. Go to any other OUAC if able."
"I probably got around 30 outfits for a friend's newborn and a ton of accessories. I saved probably close to $600!!! They have about everything you need and the used condition is like new. DONT spend $$$ at the big brand stores. Stop here first!!!! Friendly helpful staff!!!"
"I'm very unhappy with my selling experience at Once Upon A Child in Tracy. I dropped off 2 large bins of clothes, toys, and books to sell at this location. In the bins were a few dozen two piece outfits that were folded together to show the outfits were a set. After returning home and looking through what was left, I was shocked and disappointed to see that every single two piece set was missing either the shorts or the shirt. Why in the world would Once Upon A Child separate every single outfit and leave me with a partial set?? Furthermore, I had two Mr. Potato Head sets with a gallon bag full of pieces. Once again, Once Upon A Child left me with one Mr. Potato head and bought all the pieces to go with the heads. What am I supposed to do with a Potato head with no pieces?? This experience not only left me with missing pieces, but they cost me money. I definitely will not be returning to this location!"
