"I've been a daily customer at this location for 4+ years, adapted happily to the new app when it came out & it's been great. The clerks I usually see know me & up to now I'd say it's been a 5 star experience.... I went into this location to check in on the app for deals & my usual soft drink. I then paid for them & was told by the clerk who I'm not very familiar with that it was a counterfeit bill! I was blown away & asked her to show me it and she had stamped it with "copy" and said she couldn't service me, that I "tricked" her. I showed her I had plenty of money to pay with & tried to explain I must have received it in change. I had only gone to the bank & Dollar General before stopping at AmPm. I asked to speak to the manager or when there would be someone there who knew me over the years. She wouldn't tell me when the manager shows up there. She was extremely rude to me and it was extremely hurtful being accused as a criminal. I've never had a criminal record for anything in my life! I understand that she had to keep the bill by law if it was counterfeit, but I don't want my good reputation tarnished because i unknowingly paid with it. It was also a low denomination and she could plainly see I had plenty of higher denominations of money in my wallet, I'm definitely not in need & would never resort to criminal activity if I was. I'm a extremely honest, well mannered gentleman. I work 2 jobs, 1 in a professional capacity & I have no need to knowingly pass a fake $10 bill for soft drinks. I work hard for my money. I then walked back to Dollar General and told them what had happened and showed them my reciept where I received $12.65 in change prior to going to AmPm to make them aware that they apparently gave me a purported fake $10 bill in that change. Next stop was Ceres Police Department to let them know what had happened to me & make them aware of the situation. I will update this review after I speak with the onsite manager at AmPm about this incident. My list of professional references for my good character in the community is very long."

"Went to go grab a few things before work this morning 11/3/22 @ 3AM the cashier was very rude and didn’t want to scan my code on my phone he said “next time” that’s the reason I went was for the coupon. He rushed me with only one person standing behind me very bad customer service. He’s the older gentleman he’s been there a while not sure why he has attitude every time I go in there. Maybe I’ll go somewhere else from now on"

"Employees are extremely RUDE and it doesn’t matter what day it is and who it is! Plus they pick and choose what they’re going to honor on the ampm app. so there’s no point of even using the app at this location and if there’s a posted sale price of something and the register rings it up as a different price they won’t honor the posted sale price. I definitely won’t be going back to this ampm."

"Friendly service. Only thing is they close the bathrooms after 9 at night."
