"browsing is awkward, a budtender just waits and watches while you look through a book with names and prices, no pictures. if you place orders for pickup they consistently swap things out without telling you or just get things wrong. kind of annoying especially if youre a medical patient and need specific items. the person acting as security guard looks like they have a skin disease and will come out of the store to complain about you checking the product you just bought in the car."

"Initially, I had a positive impression of this store. I went in to make what I intended to be my final purchase, paying with cash. My mood was quite upbeat when I walked in, but unfortunately, it took a nosedive due to the poor customer service I encountered. The cashier, who checked me out, completely shattered the pleasant atmosphere. She not only displayed rudeness but also insinuated that I was being dishonest about a discount. This was especially frustrating because, in reality, I didn’t even care about the discount – I had every intention of paying in full with cash, as I had done on all previous visits. This negative interaction with the salesperson was incredibly disappointing. It’s regrettable that the store’s customer service has deteriorated to the point where it can ruin the experience for loyal customers like me. Despite having enjoyed shopping there before, this unpleasant encounter has left me with no desire to return in the future."
