"This was not the experience I was hoping for. I get that the bottom line for any business that wants to thrive is profit, but the staff pushes products that weren’t needed or asked for. The team lead was especially pushy. I won’t use her name but she made me dread going again. I used the mystic tanning booth hoping to get better results than what I could achieve at home, but the application was uneven and the scent is just unpleasant. I tried adding special scents (which cost extra of course) but they do not help. For the $60 monthly fee, I just expected something better. Lesson learned."
