"I went in this branch to deposit a check before they closed Friday (August 2) and the service is tremendous all around! I'd like to commend Maria Estrada and Damian Sanchez for their exceptional customer service. The teller whose name I forgot (Andrea?) was also wonderful. Maria and Damian opened up my savings account and worked past the 6 pm closing hour. Damian explained everything clearly and was super friendly. I really was impressed by Damian and Maria, ask for them if you are thinking of opening a BOA account."

"Just came in to cash my check never had a problem getting my money cashed but today Mary had a very rude and unprofessional tone saying this is the process and was in the computer for like 5minutes checking my check."

"I have very friendly customer service. However, the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked. Additionally, a lot of the information in there is in Spanish, very little English. I don't speak or read Spanish so I felt a little out of place. I move a lot of money through Bank of America. I would like to think they could do a little better."
