"During my recent visit to Sharp Chula Vista Emergency with my daughter, who suffers from a high-risk illness, I encountered significant issues regarding the professionalism and management of the establishment. Regrettably, the overall experience fell short of expectations, and several concerning observations were made. Firstly, it was apparent that the facility was inadequately managed, leading to delays and confusion in patient care processes. Additionally, the lack of proficient communication among staff members, particularly evident in the inability of some to articulate themselves effectively in English, exacerbated the already stressful situation. As a parent seeking optimal care for my child, I was deeply disappointed by the substandard conditions and the apparent disregard for providing a safe and efficient healthcare environment. Consequently, I strongly advise individuals who prioritize quality healthcare to explore alternative options rather than risking their well-being at this facility. I urge prospective patients and their families to exercise caution and consider alternative healthcare providers that prioritize professionalism, effective communication, and patient safety above all else."

"There were a few good nurses, but I still advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL. Patient wellbeing is very low on this list of their priorities. They treat you like cattle cramming two patients in tiny stuffy rooms. When I was there after surgery, it seemed every staff member who entered the room "had" to search my bag. My stuff was rifled through literally 3 times in lass than half an hour."

"My sister pregnant 13 weeks and she can’t breath , stuffy nose , coughing , vomiting and headaches. We were in hospital about 5 hours and Doctor didn’t do anything at all to make patient feel better. We decided have to leave the hospital One is the nurse name Jayson argued back to me my sister was ok she can breath and walking . He is not patient how he knows she’s ok . She can’t lay down in the bed because she has hard time breathing and feeling bad so she have to keep walking around to make her feel comfortable. The sad things it Doctor walking by her room many times and doesn’t care . It’s was terrible experience . The Doctor doesn’t care patient she should not be a doctor"

"The nurses, techs and doctors were incredible. The hospital has beautiful gathering areas, beautiful views, vending machines and fully stocked cafeteria. The patient room was quiet and the atmosphere relaxing."
