"Purchased some items thinking I would be able to return them if I didn’t end up using them, even says on the receipt that as long as I have the receipt and the items haven’t been used I would be able to return them but when I went to return them the worker said I needed a phone number with them to return the items? She never told me that when I purchase them. She also made me buy items that I didn’t need but I wasn’t thinking right so my dumb self bought them. Should really let people know that you need a phone number with them to return the items. L worker."
"I went in on a Thursday night half hour before they closed and right away I started asking questions about hair bleach and protein fillers.The two young ladies were very nice and professional never rushed me and took time to talk and answer my questions. The store it self isn't real big but it's well stocked with a good variety of products with a layout that's organized so that it's pretty easy to find everything your looking for. It's one of the best Sally's I've been to."
