"The wait times they tell you are inaccurate. I understand this process takes time and shouldn't be rushed. They take zero initiative to get you in. They are seat warmers. How do I know this? I worked at an extremely busy urgent care in Ahaheim in OC. No missed calls, though that could be the poor cell service here. At that point of a failed phone call, I would have left a voice mail. It's called professionalism. Also, please dont become a nurse. It's far too fast-paced for them. They were receptive to my rants and complaints, but we shall see if I get called in. If the owner doesn't see this review, then I will pursue contact."

"Lorena is the sweetest person I've ever encountered in a healthcare facility. She uplifts both the atmosphere of the place and the spirits of the patients with her charisma and unmatched care. Dr. Gong is truly remarkable. He listens attentively, pays attention to detail, and addresses patients' concerns with diligence. His record-keeping skills are impressive. Overall, my experience visiting this doctor's office for the past year has been very pleasant. I highly recommend it!"

"My concerns were never taken seriously. I sat in a patient room for 2 hours seeing multiple doctors who had no clue what was wrong. I do NOT recommend this location or any dignity health offices. Also, one of the doctors had no sense of personal space. He came in and without warning checked my thighs..and asked me to bend over without any explanation. I felt completely uncomfortable and only one physical assistant was understanding/caring. It seems 1 for every 5 staff members are medically capable or logical enough to care for patients."
