"Do not come here unless you want horrible customer service. LISA the Manger has a bad attitude. I was in there this morning and I saw that there was a deal on the ion hair color. I wanted to know what was included and asked Lisa. She answered a little harsh telling me to look as they are labeled on what is included. I felt taken back a bit but disregarded it and continued the conversation. I was going to ask her what the equivalent was of what I used in the ion brand. I said "this is what I normally get bu" Lisa sharply cut me off and said " well that one is not included in the sale" at this point I was officially upset since I couldn't even ask a question without her snappish tone. I said "I know it's not included. If you would let me finish my question you would know I was asking for the equivalent in the ion brand. To this she took the item I normally buy 7N in matrix and read it out loud. I thought she said blonde but that in my mind was weird since I'm a brunette, so I asked if she was sure. Lisa said "THAT'S WHAT I READ ISN'T IT" at this tone I said to her that she was being quite rude to me. She said she is sorry that I had those feelings. I said you should be sorry for your actions not my feelings. I asked for her name and she got loud again "MY NAME IS LISA, WHATS YOUR NAME!" this was the last straw for me and I left and called corporate after. This woman has a bad way about her and if this is what Sally uses as management then I can only imagine that the company cares little about the way their employees treat customers."

"Went into this business today and will not be returning. I was on an aisle looking for a straightener and noticed the cashier watching me. I then head to another aisle just to make sure I’m not assuming things and sure enough, she’s right there standing. I proceeded to place things that were IN MY HANDS down and exited the building… extremely offended and will not be returning!"

"This is quite the store I went inside with my jacket on because it was cold outside not because I wanted to fill my pockets with unpaid merchandise. This must have been what the cashier assumed since she went into the same shopping aisle as I did then I noticed her and moved over she moved over as well basically immediately after me. Once I was ready to pay her attitude was extremely rude. It really seemed like I had bothered her for coming into the store to purchase items. After she finished ringing up all my items I kindly showed her my phone coupon. She looked mad because she had to cancel part of the transaction. Then she stares at me waiting to pay when she hasn’t even told what my new total is. I payed fast to avoid her continuous bad attitude. She said have a nice day but it didn’t seem genuine at all. Will definitely not be visiting this Sally’s location but look forward to visiting other locations with better customer service."

"Went in yesterday after having a terrible day to get bleach to get ready for Coachella. I had no idea what I was doing and the two ladies inside guided me perfectly to the product I need and recommended steps for me to follow. My hair came out dope!! Thank you! And they great to just talk to ^_^"

"I took my 7 year old daughter last week to buy a nail polish for a girls day. While In the store the nail polish racks weren’t full with inventory which made it easy for a nail polish to fall off the rack and break. When the nail polish broke I asked for assistance and notified What had occurred. Both associates working that day were very disrespectful, it caused my daughter to cry because she thought she was in trouble. Listen , had I been able to clean it up I would have. There would be absolutley no problem with me having to pay for it either. However due to safety reasons as well as job requirements I obviously can’t clean it up! I could tell that they were upset that they had to mop it up but what’s crazy to me is.. what do you think you job requirements are ? As an associate working anywhere? Why is it that jobs/companies anywhere provide cleaning supplies? Why before applying at most jobs under job description it will say cleaning and maintaining the store appealing? BECAUSE YOU'RE PROBABLY GOING TO HAVE TO DO SO!!! If an associate is lazy!!!! or doesn’t want to work then go home simple as that! However under no circumstances should you make customers feel at fault let alone a child!!!!! Highly upset and will never return to this location. Associates should always be the face and first impressions of your store/brand."
