"I was looking for 100% acetone 16oz, one of the bottles was leaking from the top when I picked it up and was a bit low from the top. I could not see the price for the product, manager asked if i needed help? I mentioned to her that the price is being covered also told her that acetone is leaking and low from the top. She said "that's how they come and we can't do anything about it". Did not offer a discount. I ended up buying 32oz."

"Such Great Customer service. All of the staff here is very helpful, attentive and friendly. If they dont have something you need in their store, they offer to help call their other stores to locate one that has what you need. I see them disinfecting regularly and stocking up missing products if they have it available. By far best Sally's when it comes to kindness and customer service. They get their shipments on Mondays. You can call and have them hold something up front with your name until the end of the day, so you can be in and out if you know what you need. Best to call Tuesday or even Wednesday to let them get their inventory out. Will definitely be recommending and Returning!!! Hope you all have the same awesome experience I get every time."

"Fine place, fine people, well organized. The stock is rotated regularly, so you don't wind up with old expired product. They have loyalty cards, specials, good online service, great selection AND are prompt at getting special orders in stock. Their pricesare competitive with even the big-box stores. I find that if you need specific knowledge about product and technique it's best to go weekdays during business hours and to find one of the more experienced employees....there are one or two in particular at my locale who are VERY knowledgeable. They respect the customer's needs and their pocketbook. I have NEVER had anything less than a good experience, and they've never sent me away with more than I need."

"This place is awesome Generally speaking. There are better locations as far as Attitude goes. I love how they exchange anything if you're not happy with it, like shampoo. The saying is true, Attitude is EVERYTHING! So to all Managers who are in charge of training should firmly stress to all employees the importance of friendliness first and foremost for the success of each establishment!"
