"Disappointing service, bought a defected item called the very next day and was informed that the lady at the store would work with me. Turned out I spoke to a mystery man no one knew about. You shouldnt have to struggle fixing something that is suppose to be new. Poor customer service she seemed agitated raising her voice stating no returns or exchanges is her policy. This kind of treatment gives small businesses a bad rep. Cash only policy yet if its faulty you lose your money because they wont lose money replacing defected items. I would have downgraded to something smaller."
