"This place is such a scam. When trying to book a vacation, We were targeted for a sales pitch that works like a time share. They promised a free stay, which they delivered on. But to sweeten the deal, they said we’d get a $200 gas card. That was a lie, it’s actually a gas rebate program that makes you jump through hoops to get your money back and they force you to go the gas station of their choice. They also say you get to use the membership for one year to try it out and the person giving the presentation would show you how to book stays with their website. That’s also not exactly true because it’s not a real membership. They let you have some stays throughout the year but you can’t book on their website and you are limited to one location they pick, so that’s lie number 2. The Amazon gift card is true so far but I haven’t sent the form in so I can’t confirm. They also make you mail everything in to claim the offers, I think it’s in hopes that people don’t like to use standard mail and it will deter from claiming the offers if anyone does get through all the hoops. Now to the fun part. The park was just OK, nothing special and nothing that would justify a $14,000 buy in price with a near $600 annual fee. The staff was nice but the property did look dated and there are plenty of places in Mexico, of all places, that are much nicer. I understand they make a claim of safety, but they just let me in, no background check or anything. I could have been a wanted criminal for all they know, so how exactly should anyone take their safety claim seriously? Anyways, just pay the regular campsite fees if you want to avoid the headache of having to jump through hoops to claim the gifts the sell you on. I wish these time share places could just be honest for once."

"I've been going to KQ Ranch for years, and every single time I went and needed help with absolutely anything, David C. and/or Andres were there without hesitation. I bought my first camper with the confidence that if I ever had any questions, either one of them would be there. The women in the clubhouse took time out of their day to help teach my daughter how to swim over summer, and the amazing cooks in the kitchen earned a "chef's kiss" from my son. I often camp alone with my children which requires a lot of work, and both David & Andres made sure we were safe and comfortable each time we were at KQ. If you're looking for a quiet get away, KQ is definitely the way to go."

"Membership required. Great place for the money with lots to do for everyone in the family. Tent camping has full hookups for RV's or campers. Cabins or travel trailers available to members depending on your level of membership. Overall our family loves it and we visit once or twice a year from TX."

"We were here for 4 days. We set through a presentation to purchase time for the Columbia River Resorts. The park was a bit run down. Needed some updating. Restrooms and showers where we were at were very nice and clean. The laundry room and machines were awful. I think my clothes and towels were dirtier when they came out, then when I put them in. The club house was very cozy. It was to cold n windy to go in the pool so I didn't even visit the pool facilities. With all of that being said, we were there at the tail end of the summer season right before Halloween, so nothing really going on there."

"Sales staff are rude. Surprised by the fact that the sales desk person couldn’t tell me if this was a premier campsite because she had only been there for a few weeks. Went to shower at midnight and the staff were in there showering. I had to wait 45 minutes until they were done. Stayed for the promotion and the salesman was rude. Doesn’t seem like this company is super transparent about what you are buying and paying for. Not a good feeling about it. It took us 25 min waiting in line to check in. Lastly, our American flag was stolen when we returned from town. The positives are the kids had fun and it’s clean. *no wood burning fires"
