"This place for snow tubing is overpriced, the staff is rude and buying tickets is inconvenient. You pay about 50 bucks for a two hour slot for tubing. The staff doesn’t start until 5 minutes after the starting time. Then they are still opening up lanes. It took 30 minutes to open up just 3 lanes. Then they stopped letting you go up the hill 25 minutes before end of time so they can finish on time. So you really only get about an hour of tubing time. Just go down the street and get unlimited tubing for the same price."

"Sadly this is a very dissapointing experience. First, they allow too many guests per time block which only affords 1-2 times down the tube hill. Second the time is only 1hr 15min because they shut down the carpet lift 15min before the end of timeframe. It is very overpriced and misleading."

"You pay for 1.5 hours, but they shut the tubing down 15 minutes into the time you paid for (e.g., paying for 10-11:30 but getting 10-11:15). Their reasoning (the director) is that it takes 15 minutes to clear the lanes. That logic is flawed and a poor reason to short paying customers. If I book a restaurant reservation at 7:30, but it takes them 15 minutes to clear the table, that doesn't mean I have to show up at 7:15 or lose my reservation. Don't short your customers for your flawed operations."

"$55 per person for 1 ride an hour. And that’s for a ticket that lasts only 90 minutes. Rip off"

"I would leave zero stars if I could. Do not waste your money. This place does not care about your safety or enjoyment. We paid over $200 for snow tubing for 90 minutes. Their lift is not working so you’re stuck making the hike uphill only for my daughter to continue slipping on the ice, which prevented her from going up even once without assistance. She fell on the slippery ice repeatedly and ended up cutting herself. When we informed the manager Zen, she only offered us an activity voucher. We didn’t want an activity voucher. My daughter kept falling, is cut, and hurt herself. We didn’t even get to use our vouchers. Please go elsewhere. The lift should have been open by opening weekend and not done this to families that were extremely excited to tube."
