"I love Chuze and I just switched to the Max membership because they changed the memberships and added a specific membership for parents to have use of the kids club. Now you have to have the Max membership in order to use the kids club and you have to make a reservation. I still love Chuze but this is just for education for the parents because whoever signed me up when I switched my membership didn’t tell me about making reservations until I was signing off."
"This used to be the flagship… that was some time ago. I have been a member since this location was open. For the amount of people that we use the facility they need cleaning crew all day long. The shower/dressing area/lockers the attention. Some lockers are broken restrooms dirty and showers need heavy maintenance. I understand the economy is bad but they used to give a lot more and as time goes by we are getting less and less. This can be the flagship once again but a lot of work and attention to detail is needed. Old staff used to be cleaning all the time but now their main job is to look pretty. I love my gym but Im not getting the same love back."
"Very clean gym and great equipment! Staff is kind and helpful as well! It can definitely get really crowded at times but overall a decent gym! You just have to figure out what times aren’t very crowded."
"It's extremely clean and well kept for such a large and busy gym. The employees really pay attention to the members. Very friendly and great customer service. Everything is very spacious, so it's easy to get around and do what you need to do, whether it's the gym or locker room. The sauna rooms could be a little hotter though."
