She explained the green card process thoroughly and in an understandable way, and she was very reassuring about the concerns I had. Once we started, everyone through the process helped to keep us on task and get our paperwork in and done correctly. Especially Vanessa - she was great. Almost everything was able to be done remotely. It was very easy and the further along we got the more confident I became.
