"The company is inaccurate in terms of what is intended to do. They falsely redirect you to their website, from a government website and calim that the kind of fingerprint they do is the same as Sherrif office/Police station. in reality it is not. when you email them they state that its your fault( while for some reason the info is vague?), and they dont refund your money. Shame on you. as u responded back I am going to attach also another customer review (Just a few comments below!!) stating the same thing as me(JUST READ WHAT CUSTOMERS HAVE MENTIONED IN THE PAST !!!) and still the same problems exists. Any reason? the money this way keeps coming? without having to respond to any authority?(what u brought as answer is an essay that highschoool boys can write but not resolution to problem): "R R 20 reviews 6 years ago Just called this crazy company and they stated that I DID NOT GET the right results and that I would have to go through the process once again, and PAY FOR THE RESULTS! How insane is that! They did not even provide the service that they are claiming on their website. I got NADA!""
