"I don’t review much but there are times I feel obligated. They had everything a single traveler could want, hot coffee all the time in the lobby, hot breakfast in the morning, rooms are clean and smell good. TV works, fridge works, everything works and the staff is very friendly. It’s clear to me that whoever is running this hotel understands what people want when they are traveling. I will gladly stay here again if I’m in the area. A+ all around!"
"While the room is listed as an accessible room, it doesn't quite live up to true accessibility. The reason? It's too crowded thus making the use of a wheelchair inside the room very difficult. The restroom and shower are great and very large to roll into with a roll in shower and seat. But the room itself is too tight to wheel about in. Other than that, the room was clean and fresh and in very good condition plus the bed was comfortable. I rate it 4/5 because of the lack of space needed to use a wheelchair in the room. If there was only one bed instead of two that would fix the space issue. Overall a good choice for us."
"Clean Rooms, hospitality was amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Checked in late the staff was very accommodating. Beds are super comfy and the area is really nice right by the freeway. Shout out to Daniel for the great service and recommendation! Will definitely be back."
"This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a small hotel. There was plenty of parking and it was FREE. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
"A BIG thank you to Brandon at the front desk and the cleaning staff! I mistakenly left my AirPods in the room, and did not notice until I arrived back in Orange County. Thankfully Brandon provided a quick solution to get them back to me without having to drive 3 hours back! Aside from the great customer service, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and breakfast in the morning was a plus. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town."
