"whoever the woman is working tonight @12:30am, technically 2/11/24.. sooooo unprofessional & rude. i was left standing there waiting to check out for more than 10 minutes while she walked around, started food & took calls. i would’ve still been standing there had i not verbally asked her to check me out. she then caught an attitude when i asked for a bag for 8 items? & told me they were 25 cents and walked away."

"I had the worst experience in the past 10 years during a recent visit to the 7-11 store at 398 Lighthouse location. I urge caution due to an unprofessional male employee who asked inappropriate questions in front of our children. My mom, two kids, and I visited the store two days before Christmas, around 5:30 PM. First, upon entering, we received no greeting from the cashier, who stared at us as if we were aliens. Later, while picking up some afternoon snacks and at the checkout, the male employee asked us, 'Are you starving?' This was such an odd and unsettling question, and I was in no mood to engage with it. Despite this, I checked out and still thanked him. However, this incident compelled me to write this review. To families traveling with children, there are many other nice and friendly convenience stores/supermarkets in this area where you won't be bothered by bizarre questions from employees. Secondly, I feel it's important for the store owner to be aware that this employee's behavior is tarnishing your business's reputation. It is up to you to make the decision to find qualified employee or provide proper training."

"There’s a lady with a red car working night shift. She’s the rudest person I’ve met in my life. I walk in to try get food and music was blaring. She was on her phone. I asked her if they take EBT. She mumbled something I couldn’t hear over the music. So I told her I can’t hear you. She replies “isn’t the sign on the door, can you read?” I look at the door and don’t see it so I ask “okay what does the sign say?” She roles her eyes and finally tells me condescendingly they take EBT all while playing games on her phone. I’m never going to 711 again, ever. They hire the worst people who do not belong in customer service."

"All of the employees are super friendly and nice. They always recommend the discounts when buying from the hot food section. These employees are always super helpful and kind! Pls consider giving them a raise or bonus to retain them!! I hope the pizza oven is fixed soon!"
