"Wow, shocked at all the positive customer service reviews because we were helped by the manager and she was beyond rude and unhelpful. We had called about a piece on their showroom and has specifically asked if their team would assist with taking the legs off so we can load in to a truck. The associate, who I won’t name, said yes it won’t be a problem. When walking out, we asked the manager for assistance and she said they can’t help. When we advised her that an employee had confirmed it “wouldn’t be a problem”, the manager accused us of lying and said “they would never say something like that.” The reason we called to confirm this was to make sure we brought the right tools to disassemble it. Had the associate informed us on the phone that they can’t assist, it would have been a problem and we would have brought tools. Instead the manager handed us an Allen wrench. Utterly shocked after we spent THOUSANDS of dollars on furniture. Go to Crate and Barrel or Potter Barn instead."
"This location is much better than the one in La Mesa. Clean and orderly. Items have blemishes on them but the discounts applied are miles better than paying full price. We left one of the associates with our wish list and she'd let us know if anything from our list comes in. Quality is still top notch and not like the junk you'll find at the CB outlet in San Marcos."

Yes some of it has small little, but the quality of this furniture and at this discounted price from regular RH store, is amazing. I highly recommend this location and this helpful staff!
