"***Update I did Email Bowlero as they asked but Absolutely no luck with the response*** I celebrated New years 2024 at this bowling alley It was all good up until the count down the the waiter NEVER brought out our champagne that we PAID for so my FAMILY was not able to do our New Year Cheers and when I ask the supervisor she has the nerve to say "Well at least you're not working like me" What?!?! I paid $400 for that! I had the manager come to my table she was better and A Lot more understanding. Not celebrating there Again!!"

"Spent so much time dealing with over charges it took away from enjoying date night with my partner. Do NOT do a reservation and add anything chargeable to it. Something as simple as menu items were $1 more each on the bill than on the menu. Not even going to vent about the “event fee” increasing every time you add anything! Such a horrible experience! Definitely overpriced too."
