"We had a lovely large room that faced a patio courtyard with a fountain. Bed was comfy and the water pressure was fantastic. Our room had an oversized jetted tub that's the perfect size to relax after a long day in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and provided a decent variety of choices. Overall a great stay at a great place."
"The hotel itself is nice, in a convenient area near shops and restaurants. The rooms have plenty of space with microwave and refrigerator. But my goodness, the walls are so thin!! We could hear people out in the hallways and next door and upstairs. Every footstep, slamming doors and voices, which is fine, but not at midnight when people are trying to sleep. The breakfast isn't bad, pretty typical hotel breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt. And everyone who worked there was really friendly and helpful. If we were to come back, we'd stay on the top floor in a corner."
"I don't believe your scale is correct - it should then be a rating of 6 for Excellent. I absolutely love this hotel. I stay here often with my company HORIBA and have been doing so for about 12 years. The levels of service by the staff is impeccable. From the smiling faces, to the greeting, to the prompt service, and to the clean super clean rooms, it is an absolute home away from home. I am so excited to see the same faces year after year which is indicative of a happy environment and very well managed. The staff preparing the omelets in the morning are awesome. It is such a delight to walk into breakfast to cheery faces eager to prepare a wonderful breakfast. I just so amazed y this hotel and I very often tell people to stay at this hotel because of its' proximity to pretty much everything in SoCal. I love this place!"
"This place simply cannot be improved upon! We got in on a Wednesday and it was pizza, wine, and salad night. Yum! The whole property is clean and inviting. Central location with everything you need within a 5-min drive. Beautiful updated rooms, thoughtfully designed with toilet in its own room for privacy. Comfortable beds, good work area, large TV, excellent linens and towels. All this, plus made-to-order omelets on weekday mornings from 7-9. Perfect place to stay when visiting Orange County/Disney parks."
