I'm hard on my bikes, and have encountered problems as a result. Switched to solid rubber tires, which I don't think they carry/stock, but they've always been there when when I need help, i.e. re-mounting on different wheels, ordering the right parts and tools, etc. And when it comes time to pay the bill, I'm humbled by the generosity of their labor time. Trek of Napa gets my highest and sincerest recommendation."
"Rented e-bikes for the day. The process was so easy and far, plus the guys were very friendly. This spot is a prime location to kick off a bike day in Napa because the shop is right next to the river bike path leading to downtown. Only a 5 min bike ride away and a beautiful one at that."
