"In an exotic atmosphere of Yiya Formosa, you would find big Yokai express Ramen vending machine. The area is spacious and you have some sodden table nearby so that you can sit down and eat. Here you can have fresh hot noodle soup in less than one minute. They have 15-20 kinds of noodles and rice dish, ranging from traditional Tonkotsu Ramen/ Shoyu Ramen to Taiwanese or Korean soup noodles, as well as rice dishes with Teriyaki chicken or pork Chasiu bowl. They started to offer vegan tantan men and vegan bulkogi bowl and in fact they are pretty tasty compared to traditional vegan menu which tend to be boring. If you are first timer I would recommend to have black garlic Tonkotsu. They also have shrimp tempura Udon if you wan to go less fat. Prices seems to be lower than in SF Bay Area, so lucky for you around Anaheim/LA area."
