"Just saw A review, I am not usual review person but I never had any bad issue with them and don't want to feel bad that I didn't support. I have been their customer since, probably year 2000, I have been to several tours which were affordable with high end hotels, had a small issue when I was out of country but they fixed it and also game me their personal number, Did I ever try to find out they are reasonable, YES I DID, as an Gujju Patel yes I have and went back to them and now, I did booked a small cruise by my self which didn't work out cuz, online companies are huge and have upper level managements, not trying to make them look excellent but I also had done so far three cruises as families. Yes I would recommend them to my close friends because I have belief in them that it's a very less percentage that some one would be disappointed. Little lengthy post."
"DO NOT EVER CALL THIS PLACE FOR YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS! They are 0 in customer service and waste your time by telling you theyll get you the cheapest deal but they won't. I wasted my time and money, not to mention the man Bharat was extremely rude and disrespectful.. I will never go back and hope you all don't either."
