"Went to the store, the staff looked up and didn’t have my size and said they will find out if other stores have but cannot update same day, will update in 12 hours. It has been 2 weeks since then no one ever got back. I have been trying to call them, looks like they pick up the phone receiver but do not speak, and then the phone line keeps busy for several minutes. This is the only store in LA and I love the clothes but I think JJ needs to open another store with some good staff. Very disappointing"
"My grandma went to go and buy three sets of clothes from this shop, when we came home, we found out that only ONE of the clothes had a scarve that was very slippery and hard to handle and so we went back to the store to get a refund but they did not ACCEPT refunds?? So the employees told us that they were not going to give our money back and that instead we could get another set of clothes. All the other sets were not fitting her right or even in her taste so in the end we had to unwillingly get another set that was a downgrade from the first one we had, it just goes to show this store has NO VARIETY clothes wise and DOES NOT have a REFUND POLICY. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY BEFOREHAND. Their RETURN policy is made up by them to benefit them, we are in the U.S, they need to follow the rules set here."

"First impression, not punctual. What ever time it show, store will not gonna open on time. 6 out of 10 times you will not gonna find your size. Always under inventory. So make sure either plan your shopping way ahead of time or order stuff online so that you get stuff on time or have better selection."
"The experience was ok but we can't try the clothes you never know what size fits you the best. They just offer exchange for 15 days no returns are accepted. I already made 3 trips for exchanging that cost me a lot."
