"We cannot thank CINDY NGO and Aria Direct team enough for helping our daughter and her classmates to expedite resolving visa problems so they can all go as planned to Vietnam as a part of her school curriculum. To make the story short, we and other parents applied the e-visa ourselves and lots of us made errors on the forms which were not caught until checked in at the airport. The airlines will not issue boarding passes due to those errors because they know Vietnamese Immigration will not let those kids enter. We had a nervous breakdown immediately since they had planned this trip for months. Without the proper documents, those kids will not be able to travel!!! About an hour later, we got our updated and correct visas, even before the group (close to 40 people) boarded the plane. They arrived in Vietnam safely and are having a wonderful time!
